Owner Jack Weiss and Executive Chef Jim Kilberg create a seasonal Tuscan menu abundant with both traditional and contemporary dishes. The plentiful display of antipasti and a wood-burning oven are the first things you’ll notice in this splendid loft space. With soaring ceilings, velvet drapes, and an antique bar—comfort is key at Coco Pazzo. In harmony with the menu, co-owner and Wine Director Tamra Weiss has created an award-winning, 200-bottle all-Italian wine list that boasts a unique selection of popular and small production wines. Wines are available in a variety of price ranges and there are 20 selections available by the glass.

Freshness is at the core of our menu. From tiny wild ramps, pea tendrils, and lamb in the spring to wild boar, house-made duck prosciutto, and wild-caught salmon in the fall—we will always offer you the best of the season. All of our breads are baked in house and our pastas are handmade fresh every day. Executive Chef Jim Kilberg

The skill behind chef Jim Kilberg is based on his passion for Italian cuisine and his commitment to perfecting the culinary art. Jim has been focused on Italian cuisine his entire career. From studying under chef Francesco Bernadelli in Italy and working at restaurants in Florence and the Chianti region, to exercising his skill at well known Italian restaurants in and out of Chicago, Jim has earned a solid reputation for creating extraordinary Tuscan inspired dishes. Private Dining, Home Catering & Events

Very few restaurants offer the amount of personal dining options that we offer our patrons. Need privacy for a birthday, a rehearsal dinner, or an important client occasion? We can do that. Desire a chef’s tasting menu designed just for your party, an all-vegetarian group, or friends with fond memories of Italy? We are happy to oblige, And, our beautiful blue velvet drapes can be partitioned to accommodate privacy for any size group.

For larger groups of 150 to 200 guests, we’re happy to arrange use of the entire restaurant. We’ll customize menus, prepare specialty drinks, and work with you to select wine and floral arrangements to make your occasion memorable.
